Our Courses
Zivo offers online courses focused on AI literacy for non-technical audiences. Our courses are educational in nature and are designed to help you build knowledge and confidence around the use of AI. We do our best to keep course content accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that every detail will remain current as technology evolves.
Your Account
Our courses are hosted on Thinkific. When you enroll in a course through Thinkific, you'll create an account on their platform. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Thinkific's Terms of Service also apply when you enroll. You must be 18 or older to enroll, or have parental or guardian consent.
What You Can and Can't Do
Your enrollment gives you personal, non-transferable access to the course content. You're welcome to work through the material at your own pace and revisit it as many times as you like during your access period (if an access period has been specified). All course content, materials, and intellectual property belong to Zivo. If you're unsure whether a particular use is permitted, just ask us.
You may not:
- Share your login or access with others
- Record, copy, or redistribute course content in any form
- Use Zivo's content to create your own courses or training materials
- Resell or sublicense access to our courses
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. The short version: we only collect what we need, we don't sell your data, and we're transparent about how it's used.
Our Liability
We take care to provide quality, accurate content. Our courses don't constitute professional, technical, or business advice. When in doubt, seek professional advice for your situation. Zivo is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our courses or website. Our total liability to you won't exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.
Payments and Refunds
Course prices are listed at the time of purchase and are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by Thinkific's payment providers. We don't store your payment details. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Course Updates
We reserve the right to update, revise, or retire courses at any time. In the unlikely event we discontinue a course, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
